"This particular dealer is an offshoot of the Autofair chain out of New Hampshire. Autofair Honda opened up next to the Home Depot at the end of the summer in an entirely new building. I first used them for service at the end of August. The service experience was good overall, the quality of the work was outstanding as we had them fully detail two cars inside and out. They restored the SUV's to like new condition after they'd taken some serious abuse at the hands of kids.
Fast forward to the end of October. I had initially checked with my previous Honda dealer on a trade in and trade up for a new Pilot. I had equity in the existing vehicle per KBB. Going back to the dealer we've purchased several Honda's from - the largest dealer in the world by their own proclamation - the sales person I'd previously dealt with was gone and the prices were all over the place. I was looking for a particular color so I checked at another dealer that promises "120% of KBB value on a trade in" where they promptly tried to abuse me on the price of the vehicle. Second time I've given this dealer on the MA/RI border a shot, both times I have had bad experiences. The big Honda dealer in Norwood did give me a great price, but I prefer to deal local if at all possible.
I stopped in for a few minutes on the way to a family function Saturday night. I happened to see a guy walking around and asked him a couple of quick questions. I didn't need to take the Pilot for a ride, I know it well. It was simply a matter of what my trade was worth, and what they could do on a new vehicle. I explained to Dave who is one of the sales managers that time was short. He asked if I had enough time to have them evaluate the vehicle which I did. They checked it out and gave me a quote for the buyout that was just under the enormous Honda dealer. Fair enough for sure, he promised to provide a followup communication with the full quote later that night. Sure enough I got that information just prior to close. After thinking it over Sunday I did do my due diligence and checked in with the enormous dealer. Monday I went back to the dealer and was introduce to Peter who was going to be the sales person. Both guys were terrific. Autofairs price was a couple hundred dollars higher than the other dealer so I asked if they'd split the difference which they did. They could also obtain the color I wanted through their other dealership. Having given me a very reasonable offer, being local, being very professional, not pushy in any way and more than anything really upfront about everything I did something I normally don't do in leaving a deposit and signing the papers on a vehicle inbound from Honda. Long and short of it, the car arrived tonight and I drove it home. Dave, Peter, Matt and the entire team were outstanding from beginning to end. They kept their word, were entirely professional throughout the entire process and gave me a price that I felt was very competitive with the big guys.
I've probably leased or purchased a few dozen cars in my lifetime either directly or for others. This was the best experience I've ever had, simply put they'll have all my business for as long as I'm buying Honda's."

"New to the area, I was in search of a Boston Honda dealership to purchase my next vehicle, since my '88 Civic finally died. After no luck at a few Boston car dealers close by, I made the hour trek to Plymouth. I had heard there was a brand new dealership, thought i would try them out.
In the end I drove away in a 2012 Civic, the staff was friendly and helpful, and best of all, never pushy. It was well worth the drive."

"AutoFair Honda Of Plymouth in Plymouth is my new favorite Honda dealership for servicing my Honda Accord. After a bad experience at a local garage, I came across this new Honda dealer in MA. They got my Accord in and out of the shop in in the time frame i was given, and also gave me an accurate estimate of cost before any work was done. Best of all, I have had no problems with my accord since!"

"I was looking for a Boston MA Honda dealership to replace my 2000 Civic. I heard about a brand new dealership, AutoFair Plymouth. I am so glad i checked them out! I drove away in a 2012 Civic. They had a great selection and the salesmen were polite and helpful. overall a great experience."
